A benefit for Kelley Crookes is being held at the Frankfort VFW on Acme Road. There will be a spaghetti and meatballs dinner, baked goods, a Chinese auction, face painting and music. The cost is $8 for adults, $5 for kids 5-12 and under 5 free with all proceeds going to help Kelley and her loved ones with medical bills and expenses.
The Charleston Historical Society will host a program of Christmas music at the First Baptist Church on Polin Road. The program is free and open to the public. There will be refreshments and prize drawings.
