Cornell Cooperative Extension of Herkimer County will be offering a Safe Tractor and Machinery Operation Program to youth and adults 14 years of age and over on Tuesday, March 31, Wednesday April 1st and Thursday April 2nd from 8:30 AM until 3 PM each day.
