Canajoharie Farmers Market

Every Saturday at Atwell Museum parking lot in Canajoharie on Erie street. Come sample local goat milk cheese , vegetables, meat, eggs, handmade goat milk soap and all natural dog treats..

Tractor Fest at the Farmers' Museum

Over 30 classic tractors line up at Tractor Fest. Modern tractors will be on display too. On Sunday, tractors parade down Main Street in Cooperstown, beginning at 9:30 a.m. See tractors at work baling oat straw with a 1918 Case hay press. Kids, ages 7 and under, can compete for prizes in a Kiddie Pedal-Tractor Pull contest. Also on the small scale, browse hundreds of farm toys from years gone by. Climb aboard for a wagon rides around the Historic Village pulled by a Ford Golden Jubilee Tractor. For people with a dairy farming background, fond memories will rush back in the exhibit of antique milking machines. All included with museum admission.

Indoor Flea Market at the Mohawk Antiques Mall

Stop by the indoor flea market at the mohawk antiques mall, 100 E Main Street in Mohawk where you can shop in comfort. Featuring multiple vendors, concession and free admission and parking. The antiques mall is also open for browsing.

Let's heal together inaugural 5k at SUNYIT

Come join us and run or walk in our inaugural AK5K. It's the "let's heal together and make life beautiful" 5k to remember Alex Kogut. Race day registration will begin at 7:30am on the SUNYIT campus. There will also be a large chinese auction that has donations from local businesses, and some of our professional sports teams throughout the state and local colleges have also donated items. Historical Readings at Old Fort Johnson

Old Fort Johnson National Historic Landmark will celebrate New York Archives Month with "Voices of the Past - Readings from Two Centuries." The event will feature guided candlelight tour with readings from 18th and 19th century letters and journals in selected rooms of the Old Fort. The guided, candlelight tours will cost is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for members of the Montgomery County Historical Society. Reservations are not required.
