Pancake Breakfast - Poland Troop 20 Boy Scouts

Poland BOy Scouts will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast at the Blue Rose Restaurant on Rt. 28, Newport. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, eggs, homefries, and beverage. Adults cost $8.00 and Children 10 yrs and under are $5.00. Tickets will be available at the door or you can get your tickets from any Poland Boy Scout prior to the April 27. Come out and enjoy and great breakfast and then hike the Trenton Falls Park!

RSCC Annual 10k/5k Run and Walk

What: The RSCC invites you to participate in our 2013 Annual Run/Walk. The Open 10k is a hilly course with its challenge at the start. The 5k is an "out and back" on rolling hills. The 2 mile Walk starts on Lake Street in Richfield Springs and proceeds "out and back" on Cemetery and Butternut Roads. The Kids' "Little Loop" is approx. 1/2 mile total (out and back) starting and ending at the start/finish line with ribbons given to all "kid" participants. Jordanville Fritter Supper

Come join us for the Seventeenth Annual Fritter Supper held in the Social Hall of Jordanville Federated Church, 209 Main Street, Jordanville, serving from 4:30 -7:30 PM. Fritters with Real Maple Syrup, Scalloped Potatoes with Ham, Green Beans, Coleslaw, Applesauce and Lemon or Strawberry Chiffon make up the menu. For those who have never had them, Fritters are a batter that is deep fried. They form irregularly shaped balls like a deep fried pancake, that when covered in maple syrup, the sweetest harbinger of spring, are simply delicious. There will be many performers. A must see is the Russian Ballet preformed by David Malone, Larry Sargeant, Mike Ogden and Bob Vespi.
